Looking for good customer service?

Customer service is our number one priority. We strive to make our customers happy and satisfied with the work we have done for them.

For example, on July 30, 2004 Haley Brothers installed a fence for Mr. Gallo in Rotterdam, NY. For 9 years he was very happy with the fencing and the installation. This past spring he noticed that 1 post had sunk down about 3″ from where it was installed. He then called for a service call to fix his post. When we arrived and did some investigating we found a tree stump, from a tree that was removed about 1 year before the install. The tree stump had rotted away and created a void in the ground disrupting the footing on the fence post. After discovering the problem we removed the old footing and set a new footing around the post about 1 foot deeper then the original footing (in solid ground) to correct the problem. At the end Mr. Gallo. asked what the charge was for this and it was our pleasure to tell him this service call was on us because he was a loyal customer.
